## Narrative

A contractor was burning on 1st floor of plant, a spark set off an explosion from a near by torch line that had been left on.  Employee was within 25' when explosion occurred causing ringing in his ears.  This is the first time he has been off work since this accident.  Off work 4/24/2014.
