Narrative

The Employee had placed his hand on the end of the dolly while aligning it up to the hitch of the truck, and pinched his finger between the dolly tongue and truck hitch. The pinch resulted in an open wound to the small finger of the employee's left hand requiring sutures. Employee returned to full duty after treatment.
