## Narrative

EE had just loaded a shuttle car w/the continuous miner when a rib rolled & fell onto his leg. On this date, he was transported to a Medical Center ER & was told there was no fracture. On 4-21-14, he kept experiencing pain & soreness & went to a different Medical Center where a 2nd X-ray was performed & was told he had a hairline fracture of tibia. His 1st day missed was 4-22-14.
