## Narrative

Injured employee was struck on the knee by a shuttle car cable. The shuttle car was stuck in the mud on the section and the scoop was being used to attempt to pull it out. The employee was standing behind the shuttle car and as the pump motor was activated the slack was pulled up and the cable struck his knee. Employee did not begin missing work until 04/21/2014.
