## Narrative

EE was unloading a piece of steel (2x6x50) off the forklift & when she pulled the bar off the forks, her fingers got caught between the bar and the toe board.  She was evaluated by a Physician and diagnosed with a fracture to her 3rd & 4th finger.  She was taken off of work.
