Narrative

Dozer operator was pushing material to the line one feeder at the concentrator IOS pile, when he backed the dozer on uneven ground and tipped the dozer towards the left side. He hit his knee on the inside of the cab, bruising it. He was taken to the ER, and taken off work for until his next rotation.
