Narrative

EE was poking the roaster when he felt sharp neck pain that radiates down bi-lateral upper extremities with pain and numbness. He returned to work, however on 4/28/2014 the pain was continuous and he went back to the clinic for the radiating pain and numbness in his neck. He was taken off work at that time.
