Narrative

EE stepped in dip in mine floor that was hidden with a coat of rockdust, causing pain to his RT knee. EE continued to work regular job. On 4/18/14, MRI showed a horizontal meniscus tear & degenerative changes in RT knee. With medical information, no traumatic injury and performing normal duties, this will be reported as an Occupational Illness. First day off work is 5/7/14.
