EE was shoveling material and felt a ""pop"" in his back, he continued to shovel until his back pain became intolerable. EE was seen by a physician and diagnosed with a lower back strain.EE has been placed on restricted duty and prescribed medications to treat symptoms. Follow-up Scheduled for 5/16/2014.
