Narrative

The employee was inspecting a 2yd LHD which was parked in the fueling area of the 3700 ramp. There were two 10""x10""x10' timbers leaning against the rib beside the LHD. The timber in the rear fell and bounced off the rib or other timber and hit the employee in the right side of the head as he was leaned over inspecting the LHD.
