Employee was tapping a wedge under a steel plate resting on concrete at the R-10 Gantry area, while tapping the wedge the wedge shot out from under the steel plate striking the employee in the left shin. Employee received a puncture wound requiring 4 stitches and suffered a impact fracture to the bone require further doctor's visits.
