## Narrative

On March 3, 2014 an employee came to the office stating that he has been having pain in his right wrist for 6-8 months, while performing his job duties as a laborer hanging ventilation curtains. He was diagnosed with Tenosynovitis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The employee started missing work on May 9, 2014 and had surgery on May 12, 2014.
