## Narrative

Employee was carrying (2) 5 gallon cans of oil past the stage loader and onto the LW face in front of the gate shield.  His right leg got stuck in the mud when he turned and twisted his right knee. He was later diagnosed with a torn meniscus. LTA effective 5/14/14.
