Narrative

Employees were exposed to Co2 gas. Employees were working near the air bags on the south slope of cell 1. Co2 monitors started to alarm employees walked towards their van and notified FMI supervisors. The supervisor asked them to evacuate the area until they could investigate. Medical evaluation was sought for the employees and released back to full duty no restrictions.
