EE was un-wiring the #3 Tailings Thickener rake drive motor when he was asked to move due to flying a piece of steel overhead. Employee was moving quickly and his knuckle came into contact with the rake driver gears; causing a laceration to his left pinky finger. Butterfly closures were administered.
