Narrative

Injured stated that when pulling a piece of rock from the top of his continuous miner, he felt a pain in his abdomen. He continued to work his regular job and refused to go to a doctor. On 05/13/2014, he was sent to a doctor who diagnosed a left inguinal hernia.
