Narrative

Injured was in Metz Motorbarn disconnecting the negative blue battery lead from E motor to replace the plug when the wrench he was using contacted the frame and shorted the battery out, resulting in 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his left hand. No issues with training, equipment, mining methods or compliance.
