## Narrative

While passing thru a mandoor, the employee tripped and fell.  The employee did not pay attention to the material lying on the mine floor.  He could have pick up the material and avoided this incident.  He later complained of pain in his right shoulder. The incident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations, nor mine equipment nor the mining system.
