## Narrative

Employee was working at the tabor screen replacing top decks on screen and bent over working and felt a pain in his right knee. This incident was treated as a first aid as no medical treatment nor modified duty was required.  Due to continued pain, treatment was administered on May 19 elevating this injury to a medical.
