## Narrative

Employee stated that while roof bolting on the left side of the Sandvik continuous miner on the 9 Right section the roof bolt that he was inserting into the hole started to bend.  Employee then attempted to grab the roof bolt and caught his left hand between the roof bolt and the mast of the bolter causing a laceration and a fracture to his left forth finger.
