## Narrative

Employee was cutting a 7'long x 12"" wide piece of 3/8"" AR Steel(approx 150lbs). When he was turning it over to begin grinding the edges, He lost his grip with right hand and tried to prevent Steel from falling, causing his fingers to be crushed between the steel plate and the welding trailer fender.
