## Narrative

EE climbed into the cab of the water truck to use a portable radio. As the employee was stepping down he stepped into a small hole, lost his balance, fell backward to the ground landing on his left elbow causing a scrape. Weeks later it was found that his bursa sac had a small hole in it. It required surgically opening it up to drain fluid and stitching to seal the bursa sac
