## Narrative

After driving her shift, the employee had some pain in her right heel.  Pain went away and then returned on her next shift. She was diagnosed with inflammation in her right heel.  Her pain resolved and she returned to work.  Claim accepted as work related on 05/30/2014 resulting in this report for the occupational disease.
