## Narrative

Employee was in the process of inspecting Rotex for oversize.  The employee assumed a kneeling position to perform the task, and used left hand to lift rubber flap that's used to control emissions, while using the right hand to clear out packed in dirt from the inspection port.   During this process the employee felt a twinge in the lower back area.
