EE was installing Heintzman Jacks in travel way in 1st Right South East air course and he strained his lower back, hip and thigh.  EE RTW 4/23/2014 to 5/13/2014.  EE missed three days on 5/14/14, 5/15/14, and 5/16/14 due to injury. EE RTW on 5/19/2014.
