## Narrative

While performing a pre-PM on a haul truck, employee was walking towards the back of the truck, when he stepped on a fitting on the floor, which caused him to fall and twist his ankle.  He was taken to the ER, then his PCP, referred to the orthopedic specialist, and diagnosed with a bad sprain, and taken off work. Currently ONGOING.
