Narrative

Employee was conducting security mobile patrol in a Kubota vehicle. The gravel surface was wet from a storm earlier that afternoon, and as he was trying to turn the Kubota around to head out of the area, the rear left tire blew causing the Kubota to overturn on the driver's side. The employee injured the upper left arm and palm of left hand.
