Narrative

Employee was hanging cable in a crosscut. Another group of employees were installing hose staples in the area. During staple installation a piece of metal fragmented and struck the employee on the left wrist. The injured employee had the piece of metal surgically removed on 6-11-14, which required 8 sutures to repair.
