Narrative

The employee was pulling a rock dust hose through a door and around a corner. as the employee pulled the hose around the corner the hose got tight the employee pulled the hose and felt a twinge of pain and then a cool burning below his waistline. The employee did not start to loose time until 06-06-2014.
