## Narrative

Injured was building a crib on top of an overcast at 34 block 1 North. When he went to pick a crib block off the ground to install it another crib block was thrown up on top of the overcast pinching his right ring finger between the cribs resulting in a commutated compound fracture of the distal phalange. No issue with PPE, mining methods, machinery, training or compliance.
