## Narrative

Employee was working indoors on a Hydro Splitter and was cutting the ends off the stone to square them off.  While lowering the head of the machine, the stone flipped up and flipped up pinching his left hand between the stone and top of the machine.  This resulted in a left hand middle finger fracture.
