Narrative

While passing trough an airlock, the employee claims to have twisted his left knee. This incident occurred due to the lack of concentration on what the employee was doing. The incident did not involve any mining equipment, nor any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations. The employee's attitude and lack of concentration contributed to this incident.
