IE was passing mandoor and jammed his neck. During medical visit on 6/18/14, IE stated neck pain for years and attributed it to wearing of a corded cap lamp, awkward work positions and working in areas where he has bumped his head and jarred his neck. The medical provider has noted his condition as degenerative, causing this classification as an occupation illness.
