## Narrative

He is a trained rib bolter who was wearing all of his personal protective equipment.  He was walking past a shuttle car that was turned off.  The shuttle car operator energized the shuttle car and when EE stepped onto the cable, the reel picked up the slack and threw him onto the ground.
