EE was walking, stepped on an uneven walking surface & felt pain in lt knee. MRI showed lt knee: degenerative changes, subchondral cyst & joint effusion. No traumatic incident, 38 years working UG. With no days missed. EE continues to work regular job. MRI results w/only PT prescribed on 7/7/14. This incident will be reported as an occupational illness.
