## Narrative

Employee was putting a trolley pole on the trolley wire to move a 5 man ""jeep"" at powhatan #6 mine. When he went to place the pole onto the wire it missed the wire and he lost his balance and brushed up against the energized wire with his shoulder and part of right arm. he was shocked with energized trolley wire. He was wearing insulated gloves at the time.
