## Narrative

On 6/27/14 while removing gears from feeder shaft, employee pinched right wrist.  Employee continued work without issues until 7/2/14.  While washing screen decks on 7/2/14 with water hose, employee felt ""pop"" in right wrist.  Employee was seen by doctor on 7/3/14 for first time.
