## Narrative

Employee was helping install new drain pipe on the fourth floor of the prep plant when he got his end of pipe put in place he started to go get another pipe and when he turned to walk away he stepped on a small piece of 4"" plastic pipe, slipped and fell landing on his left wrist resulting in fracture to wrist and sutures to left eyebrow.
