## Narrative

Injured had tested a mine rescue apparatus (Draeger BG4) and placed it back in its container. When he picked up the container to place the unit back in storage he felt a sharp pain in his lower back. Diagnosed with strain/sprain of lower back. No problems with training, PPE, compliance issues, mining machines or methods.
