## Narrative

EE was descending the staircase leading from the cab to the deck of a shovel. When he stepped down and put his weight on his rt. leg, he felt a crushing type feeling and pain in his knee. He did no slip, trip or fall and was not carrying anything. He has had other knee problems in the past and stated that he has had knee problems for along time and felt it would be ok in the past.
