Narrative

The accident did not involve: rules or regulations, mine equipment or mining systems, job skills, miner proficiency, training or attitude, or protective clothing, devices on equipment. The employee had a section of stone slide into his back as while cleaning other loose material from a gob pile. the employee suffered a contusion to his middle back as a result of the incident.
