While walking across the coal pile, the employee twisted his right ankle.  This incident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations nor did it involve any mine equipment.  The miner was properly proficient and was properly trained with a good attitude.  This incident did not involve any ppe or protective devices on the mine equipment.
