## Narrative

Employee was removing a canopy from a drill that was stuck. The employee was rocking the canopy to loosen it. When the canopy came loose, it slid to the side. He caught the canopy and lowered it to the ground causing pain in his right shoulder. He continued to work up until he had surgery on 7/21/14.
