## Narrative

Ee complaining of pain in right hip.  States that getting on and off crew bus as well as cramped seating on crew bus is aggravating hip. Following medical investigation and site investigation, this was determined to be work related bursitis by workers' comp on 07/21/2014, resulting in this report.
