Narrative

The accident did not involve: compliance with rules or regulations, mine equipment or mining systems, job skills, miner proficiency, training or attitude, or protective clothing, devices on equipment. The employee was struck in his upper back, by a section of rock while tightening crib. He received a contusion. Did not start to lose time until July 17, 2014.
