Narrative

EE was putting scoop on charge. There was a loop in the charger lead and when EE was removing loop from cable, the cable flipped causing LT wrist to twist in turn causing LT wrist sprain. EE began Lost Time on 7/25/2014 due to not being able to perform regular job duties with this injury.
