Narrative

Employee was removing a pan line connector pin with a pick hammer when he struck his right hand resulting in a laceration. He received one suture. It didn't involve any compliance issues. No equipment involved. It didn't involve job skills, proficiency, training, or attitude. No PPE or protective devices on equipment were involved.
