## Narrative

Employee was drilling out a bogey pin with a hand held drill. The drill got caught on a bur and caused the drill to shift and come out of his hand and strike his left knee. Cause of injury was lack of attention. Miner proficiency may have been a factor. PPE, company rules or mining equipment was not a factor.
