Narrative

At the end of afternoon shift, the injured was showering in the women's bathhouse at Sugar Run. She was barefoot and fell out of the shower, twisting left ankle, striking right knee on floor and hitting head on the bench. Sustained sprained ankle. No problem with training, mining machines, PPE or compliance issues.
