## Narrative

Employee filling up the ball bucket when the balls got stuck in the charging chute. He attempted to get them unstuck by using his left hand, and as he started to dislodge them, the ball on top came loose and hit the tip of his left pinky finger.  He was taken to the ER, diagnosed with a distal fracture and referred to the orthopedic clinic. Currently ongoing.
